Itinerary  :  

Day 01 : New Delhi : Arrival at the International Airport T3 IGIA New Delhi the capital city of India. As you fulfil exit formalities our representative awaits with a smile and warm greetings. Then you are transferred to a luxury hotel along with other members of the group. Activity depends upon the time on hand. The day of arrival is reserved for rest. India is vast and appears perplexing on the first visit. Our representative will highlight the key features of the package tour and some banter about the country will take place as the group enjoys Indian cuisine with its tongue tingling delicacies.

Day 02 : New Delhi : Post breakfast leave the hotel for sightseeing in the Capital. Visit the bustling market of Old Delhi Chandni Chowk, Asia’s largest Mosque Jama Masjid, Moghul King Humayun’s tomb, Qutub Minar and India Gate. Other interesting places are Lodhi Gardens, Raj Ghat, Swami Narayan Temple and Lotus Temple. We will have lunch at Lodhi Garden historical monument in between, and enjoy snacks at street joints to keep us going throughout the day. A dream night sleep awaits us after fine dining and tiring day full of sightseeing.

Day 03 : Jaipur : After breakfast drive straight to Jaipur-the Pink city of India. On arrival check-in your hotel. Evening to enjoy at Chowki Dhanii, it will give you an opportunity to taste the spicy Rajasthani food.restful sleep awaits.

Day 04 : Jaipur : In the morning move out for the full day sightseeing and visit the imposing Amber Fort on the elephant’s back. This is an exotic experience on the pachyderm. Large ramparts, twisting pathways and an impressive facade are mesmerizing. The architectural splendour is a citadel a virtual township worth a visit. The fort offers a speldid views of sunset and sunrise. The City Palace is a complex with many majestic buildings, halls, gateways and series of well apointed rooms. A veritable museum of arts and architecture at which you can muse for hours. Jantar Mantar created by king Jai Singh is an astronomical masterpiece. It makes possible many scientific studies and research in modern times. All these monuments are a window to rich past of the Rajasthan State. You will be thrilled to have experienced history on the tour to India.

Day 05 : Agra : After the leisurely morning drive straight to Agra. On arrival check-in your hotel and move out to see the Agra Fort and the magnificent Taj Mahal during sunset. First visit is to the Agra Fort a creation of Moghul invaders in India. The Fort is a resemblance of the Red Fort is New Delhi. The visit takes a couple of hours as the guide interperts various aspects of the monument. Next we visit the Taj Mahal a wonder of the World. The magnificent splendor exhibits fine architecture of yore and the guide explains the history behind the edifice along with narration of exqusite architecture. Day 06 : Gwalior : In the morning transfer to the railway station to board the train for Gwalior and on arrival check-in your luxury hotel. After the brief leisure proceed for the sight seeing of this Royal City. The first drop is at the magnificent Fortess at Gwalior, and then we proceed to Sas Bahu Ka Mandir. Other places we will visit are the Jai Vilas Palace, Moti Mahal, Mansingh Palace and the Gwalior Museum. The monuments in this city have been built by the Maratha Kings who ruled over them. The fine carvings, idols, art work are all mesmerizing and are chronicles of the splendrous past. The fort is a majestic structure, and a citadel that stands isolated on hill top. Ensemble of a martial race, the ruling Marathas left no stone unturned in its fortification in order to thwart attackes from the invading Moghuls. The palaces are at best stunning in their embellishment, the mega structures exhibit art at its best. The Marathas were instrumental in preserving faith, and Sas Bahu Temple near the Fort stands as testimony. The majestic structure also called Sahastrabahu is an ode to Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Saraswati. The palaces laden with finest artifacts – the grand halls, luxurious rooms, temples, and the living space as whole reflect the predilection for opulence of those who loved leisure and pleasure, apart from the heroism on the warring fields.  Tour enquiry

Day 07 : Khajuraho : In the morning you will be transferred to the railway station to board the train for Jhansi. On arrival in Jhansi drive straight to Khajuraho en-rote visit Orchha and then check-in your hotel for the night. Orchha is a garrison of fine carving and majestic edifices – temples, cenotaphs, palaces and fortifications abound. These are the last remainents of a turbulent past, an era of extreme comfort reshaped by the invading Mughals. All that is gone, but an architecture of the finest kind remains in a salubrious ambiance created by Betwa River, hills and forests. Our next stop is at Khajuraho, the engimatic temples of yore.

Day 08 : Khajuraho : India is a paradox, in a starkly conservative society these monuments were like a flicker of light that exposed exceptions. Khajuraho temples date back to 10th Century AD, they depict unique carvings of erotic nature that could stun puritanical minds in the contemporary era. Nevertheless the carvings had a purpose, lost in historical amnesia in the myriad folds of ever cascading time. Hence we move out for sightseeing and visit to the pillars of faith. The erotic temples of Khajuraho many aspects of Indian Spirituality. Visit the western, eastern and southern group of temples. Except one with religious status all the other temples have been declared as heritage monuments.

Day 09 : Bandhavgarh National Park : From Khajuraho drive straight to Bandhavgarh National Park and upon reaching check-in your hotel. The tiger reserve is a white tiger country with impressive presence of the wild beast. Many mammals, birds, reptiles and insects find shelter in this veritable paradise of amazing diversity. We are on tiger safari tour to explore the habitats for tigers, deer and avian species. This is an adventure that will go down the memory lane. Game safaris are conducted daily and offer the best chance for sighting a tiger or other animals in their natural habitat. The winged creatures abound and fascinate the visitors on safaris. .

Day 10 : Bandhavgarh National Park : Early in the morning visit the national park in an exclusive jeep to see the tiger. Later in the noon once again set out for the tiger trail deep inside the park. Bandhavgarh is one of the best places to see the tiger, leopard, sloth bear, wild dogs and bison. On the tour lets see how luck we are to see these big ones.

Day 11 : Bandhavgarh-Train Journey : After the morning jungle jeep safari and a leisure filled breakfast you will be transferred to the Katni railway station to board the A/C train for Varanasi-the oldest living cities in the world, where one can witness and experience Hindu religion in its most authentic way. Overnight train journey.

Day 12 : Varanasi : That India is a pluralistic society, and accommodates ideologies from near and far becomes evident at this holiest of the towns which Hindus consider as a place of deliverence. On arrival check-in the hotel.  At Varanasi post lunch proceed for an excursion to Sarnath – the place where Buddha the founder of Buddhism delivered his first sermon. Today it presents the most expansive ruins amongst the places containing Buddhist relics. In the evening we will witness the ritualistic aarti  at the banks of River Ganges. Day 13 : Varanasi : The pious yearn to die here or be cremated to attain salvavtion. The Hindus arrive here from far and wide to create an engimatic spectacle of ritualistic fervor emboldened with amazing lights from the holy fires and diyas (clay Lamps) amid the chanting of holy mantras. The morning guided spiritual tour along the banks of the River Ganges is a eye opener for thos espiritually inclined. We will also take a boat ride over this sacred river and witness amazing and colorful landscape unfolding amid the fervor is religious activities. Here you will witness the Sadhus taking dip in the Ganges with folded hands facing the Sun (Surya). This is a daily practice for Surya Namaskar. We will alse witness different rituals of Hindu religion performed on the banks of Ganges. The Ghats (stepped embankments), temples, ashrams, shops and what not create a busy ensemble of humanity.
